Office Relocation Expert, Author and Speaker
Karen Warner is known nationally as the “Office Relocation Expert” and works with business owners, office managers and corporations on office relocation, strategies for office space design, and office lease negotiation. She is the spokesperson for Fellowes, Inc., representing their Bankers Box SmoothMove© line of office moving boxes and supplies. Fellowes is a global manufacturer and marketer of business machines, record storage and office accessories.
Karen’s Bio
Karen began her career in commercial real estate as a tenant representative in 1995. She immediately recognized a lack of office relocation tools and information to help tenants negotiate a fair lease, design their ideal office space, and to plan and execute a successful office move.
Having become known as one of the top commercial brokers in her market, Karen decided to draw on her skill and experience and write a book on how to manage an office move. Her first book, Office Relocation Planner, was published in 1997 and quickly became the best-selling business relocation title on Amazon.com. Office Relocation Planner was followed up with Winning the Office Leasing Game in 2001 and Move Your Office in 2006.
